Do you really listen to yourself, the true you, your inner voice, or do you listen to what others have imposed upon you? Or do you only listen to this inner voice when something happens in your life - an illness, loss of a job, a death, a divorce, a breakup, or some other transition in your life? Most of us don’t do “self-exploration” on a regular basis or at all. We don’t take the time and even more, sometimes we are afraid of this because we’re scared of what we might discover about ourselves. So, instead of waiting for something to happen that forces us to do this “self-exploration or “self discovery,” what about incorporating this into your life as a regular practice. Let’s get this process going and you can start by asking yourself the following questions:
